The Brief
Original facing brickwork with poor thermal performance and a dated appearance, transformed with a 50mm external wall insulation system and a crisp silicone render finish — backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty and the manufacturer’s product warranty.
This semi-detached property in Oadby, Leicester still featured its original facing brickwork, which provided little thermal insulation and left the home looking dated compared to neighbouring properties. The homeowners wanted to improve both the appearance and energy efficiency of the property while creating a modern, maintenance-free finish that would remain looking clean for years to come.
